Whether you’re a Louisville resident or a visitor to our city, a cruise aboard the Belle of Louisville or Spirit of Jefferson is a great year-round activity for couples, families and friends.
Public lunch and dinner cruises include : live entertainment, DJ service, or narration by the riverboat captain. Both boats feature a full-service bar, outdoor observation decks, handicap accessibility, dance floor, bandstand, easy passenger drop-off, and nearby parking. In addition, the Belle of Louisville offers a concession café for guests choosing the excursion only ticket.
Walk-on sightseeing tickets may be purchased in advance over the phone or the day of the cruise at our ticketing office located adjacent to the Belle of Louisville. Belle of Louisville: Public Cruise Schedule
The Belle of Louisville, a treasured National Historic Landmark, is the oldest operating steamboat in the nation. The Belle maintains a regular cruise schedule May through October and offers special events, private charters & wedding facilities through out the year. Spirit of Jefferson: Public Cruise Schedule
The Spirit of Jefferson cruises-year round on scheduled dates for lunch and dinner with buffet style dining on the beautiful Ohio River. Advance reservations are required for dining. Excursion only ticket sales are subject to availability. She offers two indoor, climate controlled decks, making her the perfect location to celebrate any time throughout the year. Reservations & Payment
To confirm the status of a cruise or make reservations, please call 502-574-2992 or toll-free 1-866-832-0011.
- Advance reservations are required for buffet tickets 24 hours in advance and can be made over the phone with a credit card.
- All balances must be paid in full before tickets will be issued.
- Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure. The ticket office is open 2 hours prior to cruise departure.
- Reservations cancelled 72 hours in advance have 60 days to select an alternate cruise and may apply all payments to that date. Special events require longer cancellation notice.
- Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will not be rescheduled or refunded. Since seating was made unavailable for other guests, no refunds or credits will be given for unused boarding passes.
- Cruises are subject to navigating conditions.
