UNEMPLOYMENT UPDATE

Metro Human Resources has advised that unemployment claims will go faster if you put Louisville Metro Government as the employer, use the address 527 Court Place Louisville, KY 40202. This way the claims will be processed electronically and not via paper.

IF you have already submitted a claim under Belle, go ahead and re-submit under Metro. Please contact Sabrina with any questions.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL

If you believe you’ve been exposed to the COVID virus at work or you have symptoms, there is a new Louisville Metro procedure to follow. Please contact Sabrina per this process.

Flu shots are being offered at both Metro Wellness Centers by appointment, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Take a blanket for those chilly nights, if you’ll be sitting outside, and don’t be afraid to ask someone around you to take your picture. Book in advance, relax and enjoy the ride.” – Lindsay

 

“We had a wonderful time. My husband and I we’re seated upstairs when it was time to go downstairs and get food as per usual I had a hard time walking the stairs. There was a wonderful associate who saw my problems and immediately found a table for us so I wouldn’t have to go with the steps. I was so grateful to her. I am sorry I didn’t get her name, she was wearing shorts. Just as friendly, Helpful and basically a wonderful person We will Definitely do this again thank you.” – Diane

 

“We went on a cruise with my daughters Girl Scout Troop and it was really nice. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They made sure we were happy with our seats and even helped the girls move chairs so the could all sit along the rail together. The concession stand was nice with a decent variety of food…They gave the girls a scavenger hunt to do that was fun and educational. The cruise lasted 2 1/2 hours and the kids were happy the whole time.” – Sara
