Our captain and crew look forward to welcoming you aboard one of our two riverboats (the Belle of Louisville and Mary M. Miller) on your upcoming cruise! Before your cruise, please review over the following important information, such as where to park, our Covid-19 policy, menus for each boat, our Homeland Security Policy and more.

parking information: where to park and how to pay

where to park

Parking is available in the Parc Wharf lot (BLUE LOT) at 131 W. River Road (entrance by Joe’s Crab Shack). This is a paid parking lot operated by Parc.

Once you enter at Joe’s Crab Shack, turn left and drive to the end of the parking lot closest to Belle of Louisville Riverboats.

Please note that parking is not permitted in the circle in front of Belle of Louisville Riverboats. The circle is for emergency vehicles and a drop-off/pick-up area only.

If you have questions regarding paying for parking or need to receive a confirmation email, please contact Parc directly at 502-574-3817.

Pre-Pay: To pre-pay for parking, click here or text “PARK” to 77223. Please note that you will need your license plate number, as this is what Parc employees check for, rather than a printed ticket. There is not a confirmation email for pre-payment. If you have any questions regarding pre-payment, call Parc at 502-587-7275.

Pay Meter: If you choose not to pre-pay, parking can be paid for the day of your cruise at the blue and yellow Pay Station along the wharf. Guests who plan to pay at the Pay Station should arrive early, as a line does form. Please note that you will need your license plate number, as this is what Parc employees check for, rather than a printed ticket. There is not a confirmation email for pre-payment. If you have any questions regarding the pay meter, call Parc at 502-587-7275.

Special Event/Holiday Parking: Please note that when special events or holidays are happening at Waterfront Park, the Parc Wharf Lot may have limited parking and/or have parking attendants that collect payment as guests enter the lot. Pre-payment options are not available on those days. If the Parc Wharf Lot is full, the Riverview Parking Garage off of 6th Street is another nearby option.

when does boarding begin?

Mary M. Miller: Boarding begins 30 minutes before the cruise’s scheduled departure.

Belle of Louisville: Boarding begins 60 minutes before the cruise’s scheduled departure.

how early should i arrive?

We ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before departure, as departures are on a strict schedule. Belle of Louisville Riverboats will not be responsible for cruises missed due to traffic, parking, etc.

do i need a hard copy of my ticket?

A hard copy of your ticket is not necessary. Our Guest Services Associates can scan the image of the ticket (the barcode in the Ticket PDF within the confirmation email) on your phone.

If you would prefer a hard copy ticket, you may print it out at home or you can pick up physical tickets at the ticket office (the green and white barge next to the Belle of Louisville), where you will need a picture ID.

where do i scan my ticket? how do i pick-up pre-purchased items?

Tickets are scanned by a Guest Services Associate outside the vessel. When boarding, present the digital ticket PDF or hard copy ticket to be scanned by the Guest Services Associate and tell them your last name to receive any pre-purchased vouchers that need to be picked up, such as meal tickets or unlimited soda stickers.

i'm a paddlewheel society member with priority boarding. where do i go?

Members of the Paddlewheel Society can skip the boarding line. Instead, go up to the Guest Services Associate at the podium, let them know that you are a member of the Paddlewheel Society and present your ticket to be scanned to bypass the line.

is a group photo taken when i board? where can i purchase that souvenir photo?

After scanning your tickets and picking up a voucher envelope (if items were pre-purchased), a crew member will take a souvenir photo of you and your party. Photos can be picked up at the near the concession stand and bar on both vessels approximately an hour into each cruise and cost $5 each.

Food and drinks are available for purchase at the concession stand and bar of both boats. You can find the menu for each boat here.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note that outside food and drink is not allowed on our vessels with the exception of formula/bottles for babies.


special dietary requests for dining cruises


If you booked a dining cruise, please note that special dietary requests (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) require a 72-hour notice for the caterer to accommodate your request. Please notify our ticket office at 502-574-2992 with any special dietary requests at least 72 hours before your cruise.

****Captain’s Quarters is only available on the Belle of Louisville for one party per cruise with 8 people maximum


The Belle of Louisville has an elevator lift to help with wheelchairs and provide access to the Ballroom Deck, however the Texas and Hurricane decks are not accessible.

On the Mary M. Miller, wheelchairs can only access the first deck.

If you or a member of your party has accessibility needs (assistance boarding, elevator lift, accessible table, etc.) please notify our Guest Services Team with your order number before your cruise so we can make the appropriate accommodations.

covid-19 policy

Masks are currently optional aboard Belle of Louisville Riverboats. We must abide by all rules set forth by the U.S. Coast Guard, so should a mask mandate be placed by them, it will be enforced on our vessels. Currently no mask mandate is in place.

If you are not feeling well or have tested positive for Covid-19, please do not come to your cruise. Our crew will happily reschedule your cruise. This request can be made via phone with our Guest Services team at 502-574-2992 or by emailing our Guest Services Team.

homeland security policy

Per Homeland Security mandate, you are not allowed to carry onboard the following items:

  • Weapons
  • Illegal drugs
  • Mace
  • Food
  • Beverages
  • Liquids
  • Bottles
  • Cans
  • Coolers

Belle of Louisville Riverboats reserves the right to wand guests and check bags to ensure the safety of all passengers.

Smoking is not permitted onboard.

refund policy

  • Reservations cancelled within 72 hours (3 days) of the cruise are entitled to a 90% refund.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours (2 days) of the cruise are not entitled to a refund but will be issued a temporary open date cruise number. Call our ticket office within 60 days to reschedule your cruise. After 60 days, the credit is removed.
  • Reservations cancelled within 24 hours (1 day) of the cruise are not entitled to any refunds or in-store credit. No refunds are issued for inclement weather.
  • Reservations for Special Event cruises are only eligible for a 90% refund when cancelled at least 14 days in advance of the cruise.
  • Coupons must be mentioned at the time of booking and will not be accepted after your reservation is made.
  • Refunds are not issued for inclement weather unless the cruise must be cancelled.
